Account Management

What is a User Code?

Your Unique Login Identifier

Your User Code is a unique 5 to 6-digit number that identifies your account for login purposes. This is different from your Account Number, which is used for orders and invoicing.

Key Information

  • Format: 5 to 6 numeric digits (e.g., 12345 or 123456)
  • Purpose: Used only for logging into the website
  • Location: Found on your welcome email or contact customer service
  • Different from Account Number: Your Account Number is used for orders, while User Code is for login only

Important Note

When logging in, you'll enter your User Code (5 or 6 digits), not your Account Number. If you've been using an Account Number to login, you'll need to retrieve your User Code.

Forgot Your User Code?

Don't worry! You can easily retrieve your User Code using your Account Number.

Retrieve Your User Code

  1. Click "Login" in the top navigation
  2. Click "Get Your Login Code" link below the login form
  3. Enter your Account Number (the one used for orders/invoices)
  4. Verify your county information for security
  5. Your User Code (5 or 6 digits) will be displayed
  6. Option to copy or auto-fill the code into the login form

How to Login

User Code Format

Your User Code is 5 to 6 numeric digits. Enter each digit in the individual boxes on the login form. This is different from your Account Number.

Standard Login

  1. Click "Login" in the top navigation
  2. Enter your User Code (5 or 6 digits) in the individual digit boxes
  3. Don't know your User Code? Click "Get Your Login Code" to retrieve it using your Account Number
  4. System checks for biometric authentication availability
  5. On first login, if biometric authentication is not setup, system will prompt you to set it up based on your device (passkey, Touch ID, Face ID, etc.). If dismissed, you can setup manually from Account Settings
  6. Enter password or use biometric authentication

Biometric Login (Recommended)

  • System automatically detects biometric authentication availability
  • Click "Use Biometric Authentication" when prompted
  • Use your device's authentication (Touch ID, Face ID, Windows Hello)
  • Instant secure access without typing passwords

Remember Account Details

Save time on future logins by allowing the browser to remember your account details securely.

Enable Account Memory

  1. Check "Remember account" box during login
  2. Your User Code will be saved securely in browser
  3. Next visit will pre-fill your User Code
  4. You'll only need to authenticate (password or biometric authentication)

Common issues and solutions for login problems.

Common Login Failures

  • Don't know your User Code: Click "Get Your Login Code" to retrieve it using your Account Number
  • Incorrect User Code format: Ensure you're entering 5 to 6 numeric digits only
  • Confused Account Number with User Code: Remember, Account Number is for orders; User Code is for login
  • Expired session: Clear browser cache and try again
  • Biometric authentication not working: Try password login or re-setup biometric authentication
  • Account suspended: Contact customer service for account status
  • Browser compatibility: Try a different browser or update current one

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Verify you're using your User Code, not Account Number
  2. Use "Get Your Login Code" if you don't know your User Code
  3. Verify User Code format (5 to 6 digits)
  4. Try clearing browser cache and cookies
  5. Disable browser extensions temporarily
  6. Try incognito/private browsing mode
  7. Contact support if issue persists
